Pacific Beach charges for the privilege most weekends, and the San Diego bar crawl is how you get the same night for less. Every bar on the route holds drink specials for crawlers and drops its cover for wristband holders. Rooftops, dive bars and dance floors within a few blocks, with one band covering entry at all of them.
